Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. We want to thank you for your continuous support and also use this opportunity to give you an update.
The year 2020 was a challenging year for all of us. However, we praise the Lord because in the midst all the uncertainties and turbulence, we know that He alone holds our future and the future of our nation. We started 2020 with a very blessed and successful concert at Grace Baptist Chinese Church. We once again experienced God’s nonfailing promises and blessings through this event.
Covid-19 has brought a pause to all of our regular events and activities. Our core group has decided to use this God-given sabbatical year to reorient ourselves, and to start developing other ministries that the Lord has instilled in us.
In the middle of 2020, suite 104 of Park View Plaza became available. After further evaluation and a lot of prayers within the co-workers, we decided to relocate there. Once the renovation completes, suite 104 will be a place where local worship bands can come to practice, where music and video production that glorifies our Lord will be produced, and where children can learn to sing to praise the Lord in the children’s choir. Furthermore, we are starting a music school, InOne Music Academy in this new place.
| The mission of the Academy is to provide well-rounded music education to our community and to equip musicians of all ages to serve in music ministries. We offer one-on-one lessons on many instruments and group classes; as well as training on worship style keyboard, singing, guitar, basic church sound engineering, etc. Our teachers are well qualified, passionate about music and God, pledge to teach with care and love while providing the highest standard of music education. |
In addition to the new exciting opportunities that God has led us to, we regrettably inform you that both Xiang Liu and Wayne Li have decided to leave the Board of Directors. They will continue to stay active in InOne’s future endeavors. Wister Wong has joined the BOD in place of them.
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Albert Seung as our Senior Advisor and Cordia Leung as our co-worker in Finance and Operation departments.
