– 我們開始了一個月一次的敬拜之夜。感謝神，藉著這個活動，我們認識了很多新的朋友，有很多都是熱衷於用音樂來敬拜我們的神。我們也嘗試用英文和粵語來做我們的敬拜。希望明年我們可以用更多的語言來事奉祂。 

– 在四月份的春之頌讚，我們又再一次經歷到神的同在和祂奇妙的大能。這一場的音樂會，充分的反映出我們對神的依靠以及與祂同在中的平安。感謝神在音樂會中，有幾位舉手決志跟隨主。 

– 第一次辦理暑期音樂營 (七月和八月，還有一次在 Muslim Community Center)。感謝神，讓小朋友們藉著學習音樂和唱詩歌來感受祂的愛。 

– 在九月和10 月，我們也開始了第一屆的音樂敬拜培訓。我們有敬拜聲樂、鍵盤、吉他、音控的課程。同時也辦了一次敬拜主令的座談會。感謝神，整個系列的課程與活動受到很多人的響應。 

– 十月份我們也去紐約參加短宣，去服事當地低收入或無家可歸的人。第一次在同一天用粵語、國語、英語帶領三場音樂敬拜。總共大概120 人參加三次聚會，感謝神，有20-30 人舉手決志。 

– 在11 月，我們第一次舉辦感恩募款音樂會。真的是感謝神，讓我們所唱的每一個字，所彈的每一個音符都成為見證祂的榮耀。在我們軟弱的時候，神讓我們重新得力。我們的需求，神也按著祂的信實供應。我們的短處，神也藉著眾同工彼此的接納而補足。整個音樂會的成功，我們沒有什麼可誇的，願所有的榮耀都歸給坐在寶座上的羔羊。 

– 去年我們也更多的參與地方關懷的事工。我們在中秋節和聖誕節的時候，都去探訪 Plano Community Home。我們帶著音樂、歡樂、見證、信息、禮物、以及神的祝福給這些長輩們。 

「你們做這麼多，不累嗎？」常常有人問我。的確，是很累，特別是九月之後我們的活動特別多，過去也都沒有帶薪同工。為了要擴展神所托付給我們的事工，在 2023 年初時，我們聘請了三位受薪兼職同工： 音樂總監、詩班指揮、行政助理。 我們今年的主題是「持守使命、薪火相傳」。一方面我們要繼續持守神給我們的托付，我們也要尋找更多和我們有相同的異象和使命的同工。我們也將重新編曲詩歌，結合傳統與現代，將詩歌中豐富的神學用現代的樂器和風格表現出來。 

在這新的一年，讓我們這一次思想耶穌基督來到這世上的意義，記得祂為我們在十字架上所成就的大事；要繼續保守聖靈所賜合而為一的心，每一天將我們的生命，藉著祭壇上的敬拜，完全獻給祂。

Dear brothers and sisters of InOne, 

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ! I really thank God for another year full of grace! Every time when we count God’s grace at the end of the year, we will find that God’s guidance and blessings are really beyond our expectations. This year, following God’s leading, we not only continued what we have been doing, but also expanded our ministries: 

– We started our monthly worship night. Thank God, through this, we met many new friends, many of whom are passionate to worship our God in music. We also try using English and Cantonese for our worship. Hopefully next year, we can serve Him in more languages. 

– In April’s Praise in Spring (4/23), we once again experienced God’s presence and His miraculous power. This concert fully reflects our dependence on God and the peace in His presence. During the concert we did an altar call, and thank God that a few raised their hands to dedicate their lives to Christ. 

– First time doing summer music camp (June and July, and once at Muslim Community Center). The children felt God’s love by learning music and singing hymns. 

– In September and October, we also started our first music worship training lessons. We have classes for worship vocals, keyboards, guitar, A/V system control. At the same time, a forum for the worship leaders was held. Praise God, the entire series of lessons and activities received a lot of positive response. 

– In October, we also went to New York to participate in short-term missions to serve local low-income or homeless people. It was the first time we lead three music worship services in Cantonese, Mandarin and English on the same day. A total of about 120 people participated in three meetings, thank God, 20-30 people raised their hands to make a decision. 

– In November, we held our first Thanksgiving fundraiser concert. Praise God that every word we sang and every note we played was a testimony to His glory. When we were weak, God restored our strength. Our needs were met by God according to His faithfulness. We had nothing to boast about the success of the concert, and may all the glory go to the Lamb who sits on the throne. 

– This year we also participated in more local care ministries. We visited Plano Community Home during Mid-Autumn Festival and Christmas. We brought music, joy, testimonies, messages, gifts, and blessings to these elders. 

“Aren’t you tired after doing so much?” People often ask me. Indeed, it is very tiring, especially after September we have a lot of activities. And especially we only have non-paid co-workers this year. In order to expand the ministries entrusted to us by God, we will have three part-time paid staff next year: music director, choir director, administrative assistant. Our theme for next year is “Keep the Mission, Pass the Torch”. On the one hand, we must continue to uphold the commission God has given us, and look for more co-workers who have the same vision and mission as us. We will also re-arrange the hymns to express the rich theology of the hymns with contemporary instruments and styles. 

At the beginning of the year, let us remember the great things Jesus has done for us on the cross; dedicating our lives fully to Him every day through the act of worship at the altar.
